Description

The front of the property that connects to the road of the subdivision is gently sloped that runs into a flat area that was previously graded by the company selling the land tracts. It's heavily brushed and wooded, but the front of the property is easily graded and has had a building spot proposed on the soil test. It would require mild grading work to get the front half of the property graded and leveled for a building spot. The back half of the property is walkable, but steeper than the half of the property facing the road.
